The Easter bunny is so clever, always finding us no matter where we are. The kids awoke at a very respectable 7:15 and started on their hunt. We ordered an Easter brunch box from the resort and had a leisurely morning.
I signed the kids up to make a marble run out of sand on the beach. They were really into it.

Christie and Dan hosted us for Easter dinner, cooked ham, cheesy potatoes and all! Then we all headed down to the beach for a special Easter bonfire. Usually, they do one big bonfire, but to be COVID-friendly they lit small fires the whole perimeter of the lake!
Pete ran back for marshmallows and we staked out a good fire on the other side of the lake. It was a pull-your-own way ferry across.
