Scotland: Ending in Edinburgh

Our trip concluded in Edinburgh, where we spent a blustery day taking in the sights and staying warm! The Edinburgh Castle was a must-do and we enjoyed strolling the streets of the city. We enjoyed our first Thai meal since moving to Europe, which was delicious. In the evening, one of Pete's former students who is studying at the University of Edinburgh came to babysit Jude so that the four adults could go out. Our pub dinner was a miss, but we were glad to visit Brew Dogs and take in the nightly scene in the vibrant city!
