Spring in all its Dutch glory, 10 days in Spain, and a blast of a King's Day. It was a lovely April! And the sunshine and warm weather just didn't quit!

| All the tulips in bloom right before leaving for Spain. |
After we got back from Spain, we went to see the tulips! The kids' favorite day of the year (insert extreme sarcasm). Between bickering and whining, we managed to get some family photos ;) In case you were wondering, Jude polled his friends and they all agree that going to see tulips is the WORST! There were apologies on the way home so all was forgiven.

A beautiful bike ride to meet friends at Amstelpark.
We went to Utrecht at the end of the month to see Sam perform from his new album, Salt River. Another gorgeous night, enjoying beers with Darren along the canal before the show. I even made the discovery that we were along the canal where the infamous fish doorbell/camera lives!
